The Urgent Care Centre is open 24 hours a day. The centre is staffed by nurses with access to on-call GPs as needed. The centre provides care for minor illnesses and injuries. In an emergency, the centre provides initial resuscitation and life support to patients in a critical condition before transfer to a larger hospital.
