Our Community Health Care Nurse is an accredited Asthma and Anaphylaxis Educator.
Anaphylaxis: Our Community Health Nurse provides consultations for adults and children which includes education about the causes, management and avoidance of anaphylaxis triggers. Sessions are designed to provide information and education to assist people/families living with anaphylaxis to understand and manage the condition. These sessions assist people to feel in control and to maintain a sense of well-being.
Asthma: Our Community Health Care Nurse provides consultations for adults and children which include an assessment, education, and Asthma Management Planning. Sessions are designed to provide information and education to assist people/families living with asthma to understand and manage the condition.
Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training is also available for Childcare Workers and Teachers.
