I have expertise working with adults who are experiencing life’s challenges and wanting support with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and trauma, among other issues and needs. As an Accredited Mental health Social Worker, I utilise a range of evidence based interventions primarily: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solutions Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Medicare rebate available with GP referral.
