Allied Health Services - Occupational Therapy

Availability: Community Rehabilitation Centre, 8.30am to 5.00pm, Mon to Fri, except public holidays
Rehabilitation in the Home, 8.30am to 4.30pm, except public holidays. A waiting period of one to six weeks may apply for some services.
Catchment area: Eastern Metropolitan
Cost to clients:
Community Rehabilitation Centre services: $4.60
Rehabilitation in the Home services: $7
Fee applies for two days per week (even if the patient attends on a daily basis) and covers all therapeutic interventions. Nil for DVA Gold Card holders.
Referral: Referral letter from a medical practitioner or allied health professional is required
Special Requirements: Only those people living in independent accommodation, hostels or supported residential services are eligible for the Rehabilitation in the Home services or Community Rehabilitation Centre services.
