Specialists at the FMC clinic help children under 18 yrs with psychiatric, emotional, behavioural and social difficulties by providing assessment and counselling on mental health issues. Conditions covered by the clinic include childhood depression, adolescent eating disorders, attention deficit/hyperactivity and autism. Active links with families, schools and GPs ensures a co-ordinated approach to achieve mental wellness. Parents, legal guardians and young people up to 16 years may consult with the duty worker: WaitingListDetails Suitable referrals for individual or family counselling are placed on a waiting list and are offered a service when a clinician has an available appointment.
