Moorabool Shire Council's Environmental Health Unit aims to protect and promote public health through a range of services specifically designed to protect the environment and community, enforce food safety regulations, wastewater management, conduct immunisations, prevention of infectious disease, accommodation and housing standards, public swimming pools and spas, hairdressers and beauty parlours, tobacco education and enforcement, nuisance complaints, needle and syringe management.
