Arthritis Queensland holds condition-specific self management courses for Rheumatoid and Inflammatory Arthritis, and for Osteoarthritis of the Knee.
These courses are held over six weeks and are run by health professionals. Sessions run for two to two and a half hours per week, with plenty of breaks.

Arthritis Self-management Course (ASM),
Chronic Disease Self-management Program (CDSM).

It is aimed at any person who has one or more long-term health conditions, such as heart disease, arthritis, stroke, diabetes or another chronic condition.
