Make Healthy Normal is produced by NSW Health and is designed to support consumers to achieve a healthier weight and lifestyle in order to reduce their risk factors for chronic diseases.

With over half the adults in NSW overweight or obese, being unhealthy has become normal. Just a handful of belly fat increases the risk of heart disease, cancer, stroke and type 2 diabetes. The good news? It’s never too late to make healthy normal.

Make Healthy Normal provides healthy eating tips and a 10 week health and activity plan to help achieve your desired weight.
