My Aged Care – Upload Documents



My Aged Care was established in July 2013 and provides the main entry point for people to access Commonwealth-subsidised aged care services in Australia. It provides a consumer facing service delivery platform consisting of three access channels: telephony, digital and face-to-face. These platforms provide information and advice to senior Australians looking to be registered, assessed, and referred for aged care services.

My Aged Care's national phone line is operated Healthdirect Australia on behalf of the Department of Health and Aged Care.

If you need to submit documents to accompany your My Aged Care account, you can upload your documents via a secure, online form hosted by Healthdirect Australia on behalf of the Department of Health and Aged Care.
