Phoenix Lifestyle Support Association Accommodation

Bayside Low Vision Support Group provides support and social activities for people who are blind or vision impaired and their families and carers. The group meets 2nd & 4th Wednesday of each month for social outings or, on occasion, a guest speaker providing information with a self-help focus.

Axiom Flexible Family Support Redlands is an approved provider for the Disability Services Queensland (DSQ) Family Support Program for children and adults. Through this program, Axiom provides assistance and support to families who have a child or adult member with a disability. This might take the form of medical aids or supports, respite care, in home assistance, specialist therapy, or other support to families and individuals. Being able to talk with a facilitator, who is there to listen and give support, is of great assistance for many families. Axiom Family Support Program service covers the Redlands, Logan, Beaudesert and Gold Coast regions.

Bayside Gate Employment Service supports people with disabilities to choose, gain and retain employment in their local labour market. Our staff spend time getting a clear understanding of the needs, abilities, skills, goals and interests of jobseekers to ensure the best possible job match. Available services include: On-the-job training in order for you to settle into your job as quickly as possible; Training in Employability Skills, Road Rules, Basic Computer; Budgeting and Personal Development; Support to access the training you need to get the job you want; Individually designed employment program with you to ensure that you get the support that you need to become a part of the workforce; Assistance to identify a job that matches your skills; and Job search assistance.

Connect2Employment

Provides long term supported accommodation options in Redland Shire for people with an intellectual disability. Support provided will vary according to individual needs but will also include practical assistance to achieve living in accommodation of choice; assistance to access necessary community resources such as banks and shops; assistance with increasing social and interpersonal skills; assistance with linking in with relevant community organisations, educational facilities services and networks. Group home, in-home accommodation support, learning and life skills development. 

People accessing the service must have funding from DSQ

Multicap / Share Bayside

Horizon Foundation provides information for people with disabilities including information on employment, training, placement. The Independent Living and Community Access (ICAN) program provides emergency responses for individuals with a disability and their families who experience crisis. The Post School Options program assists young people transition from school to community. Disability funding, disability education and child care facilities, case management, local coordination and development, learning and life skills development. Volunteers are welcome.

Horizon Foundation

NDIS-registered provider of flexible, customer-focused disability supports in Southeast Queensland, including in-home care, community access and Supported Independent Living.

Provides aged care services under the Home Care package, delivering in-home and community access care, helping clients live independently in their own home as they age.

Life Without Barriers is committed to providing innovative, community-based programs for children and young people in crisis, people with a mental health issue, and people with a disability, including those from indigenous and other cultural backgrounds. Services include Business Services, Community Access Services, Community Outreach Support, Transition to Work, Peer Worker Program, Exceptional Needs Program (for mental health), Flexible Support Options, Holiday Support, Respite Camps. In-home accommodation support, alternative family placement, learning and life skills development, flexible respite. Volunteers are welcome.

Bayside Family Day Care is flexible small group child care offering every child and parent the benefit of warm, personal attention and enriching educational experiences in a safe family home. Licensed Carers operate from their own secure homes, and are assessed, registered, trained and supported by the Bayside Family Day Care Coordination Team. 
Children in Bayside Family Day Care benefit from a professional playgroup program, including books, toys, multicultural activities, and social interaction with other children. Our Carers are committed people who participate in training to assure the highest quality of care for your child.
