Through funding from the Office for Ageing Well , CIC can assist older Italian speaking members of the community to access schemes and services which help them remain independent and living in their home in the community.

Coordinating Italian Committee

CIC co-ordinates home visits, transport, community meals, exercise and social activities for elderly members of the Italian speaking community. We aim to foster the social, educational, and cultural interests of member organisations and promote the well being of Italian Australians and are actively assisted by our many volunteers. CIC is a community-based umbrella organisation of Italian Australian Clubs and Associations in South Australia.

Culturally appropriate assistance, help, information and care to the frail, aged and the younger disabled Hungarian population. Residential aged care facility (high level care) including secure premises for people with dementia. Priority is given to people of Hungarian and Serbian background.

ARAS provides advocacy support, and public education and awareness about the rights of older people, including guest speakers for community groups and residential care services. Staff education is also provided to aged care service providers and tertiary students. The ARAS general information brochure is available in 16 languages and in Braille and audio formats.

The Federation provides administrative support to the 9 Polish Seniors Clubs including Kopernik and Enfield at Athol Park, Polonia and Adelaide at Croydon Park, Clovelly Park Inc at Clovelly Park, Millennium at Enfield, Kombatant in Dom Polski Centre in Adelaide, Ottoway and  Salisbury.
