Yooralla's Community Hubs provide supported group activities to adults to support a range of lifestyle skills and to promote choice and independence. Support is planned to complement the individual's existing informal supports – such as family, friends and other community members – to maximise opportunities for participation within the community, provide skill development and participate in recreational activities. Community Hubs provide a range of activities and programs facilitated within Yooralla premises or within the community.

Mambourin Allara - Deer Park

At Inclusion Melbourne, the only fees that you will pay are $7.50 daily service fee.

Inclusion Melbourne - Sunshine

Services including disability support and advocacy, community education and vocational education, with a focus on transition supports for young adults. Our vision at Inclusion Melbourne is for people with a disability to live in an inclusive community, where everyone has the same opportunities to participate in community life and to take their place in society as respected citizens.

Operates during the weekdays only during school holidays.
Weekend hours operate all the time.

People Outdoors

Services including outdoor recreation actvities and camps for people with disabilities

MAP @ Gellibrand is a service for people with disabilities to engage in areas of interest to them. Gellibrand provides staffing to facilitate involvement in MAP, but all attendees need to contribute funding to cover staffing costs.  The sessions currently run from 9:30am to 3:30pm but can run at any time given sufficient numbers.

Mambourin Enterprises is a support and training organisation for adults with intellectual and other disabilities, providing day care, training facilities and supported employment opportunities. 

Mambourin is a not-for-profit community service organisation which forms partnerships to empower people with disabilities to achieve their potential. We will achieve this through empowering people.
