SOUTH PORT DAY LINKS INC

The service provides support to older people and people with a disability the ability to access the community through the DayLinks, door to door transport program for residents of the City of Port Phillip within the catchment area of the service. 
Additional services include Petmates, Walkmates and Gardenmates programs. Services are designed to support active aging.

Interpreter service 13 14 50, therapy and advocacy for adults with disabilities.
