Provides short term and emergency respite for Carers: This includes respite under the following programs:
National Respite for Carers Program (NRCP), Mental Health, Young Carers, Carers caring for someone with a severe and profound disability. There are also a limited number of packages that allow flexbility for consumer directed care respite and dementia education and training.

We were officially formed in 1951 by a group of parents who wanted to give their intellectually disabled children a better life. While the spirit of the founders is always with us, we have modernised our facilities, introduced new occupations and leisure activities and offer a broader range of services to support the whole-of-life needs of an ageing population.
