MIFANT is a not for profit charitable organisation with services in Darwin, Tennant Creek and Alice Springs.   MIFANT provides recovery based support to people with a mental illness, their families and carers and also early intervention to children and young people at risk of developing a mental illness.

MIFANT also provides a range of NDIS services for people with a mental illness including Recovery Coach, Support Coordination, Social and Community Participation and Community Access.

Calvary Community Care - Darwin

Calvary Community Care provides services to support people to live independently at home and actively participate in community life. Calvary works in partnership with clients to ensure that services are tailored to suit what matters most to them as an individual. Support is delivered with an emphasis on enhancing skills, empowering independence and building community connections.  Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Our Services include Personal Care, Social Support and Community Access, Transport, 24 Hour and Overnight Care, Respite Care, Disability Services, Return from Hospital Support, Domestic Assistance, Home Maintenance and Modifications, Telecare Monitoring and Alarms.

CATHOLICCARE NT

CatholicCare NT is a not-for-profit organisation, providing counselling services and programs to individuals, couples, families, children groups, schools and agencies across the Northern Territory.

We provide counselling and other support services in Darwin, Katherine, Alice Springs, Ltyentye Apurte, Finke, Titjikala,Tennant Creek, APY Lands, Nauiyu, Palmerston, Tiwi and Wadeye.

CatholicCare NT is a social services agency of the Catholic Diocese of Darwin. And, is a member of Catholic Social Services Australia (CSSA), a national body representing the Catholic social services sector.

Funding for our services is provided by both the Australian and Northern Territory governments.

CatholicCare NT has been accredited by the Quality Improvement Council for meeting relevant community service standards. Reviewed every three years, accreditation will help CatholicCare NT continue to deliver quality client centred services at a recognised national level.

Calvary Community Care - TIWI

Mulakanya Flexible Aged Care provides services to frail aged Aboriginal people from the Tiwi Islands 50 years and over. Services can either be provided within the home setting or within Mulakanya Flexible Aged Care Facility.  This helps ensure people from the Tiwi Islands can access culturally appropriate services as close as possible to their communities. Individuals may be admitted to the facility for respite, short term accommodation while they recover from a recent illness, for permanent long term care or palliative care/end of life care or services maybe provided within the community.
