We provide specialist case management services & centre based day programs for the Chinese, Croatian & Spanish communities. We also have transport available to take clients to medical appointments and social outings. We have regular shopping trips and centre based activities at our Narrabundah premises. Fees apply but can be discussed when initial contact is made. It helps us plan if you call ahead.

Community Services #1

Services include: Community Service #1 (CS#1) is a community based not-for-profit,  incorporated as an association in 1987. The organisation manages and delivers a range of community services including community development, family support services, training services, children’s services and aged care.

We provide  people within Canberra's Inner North various  support services in order to maintain their independence within their own home and to prevent unnecessary admission into residential care. We have taliored programs for people living with a disability which can assist with personal care, domestic assistance, transport, social support and other activities. Northside Community Service

Services include: Northside Community Service's programs provide assistance and support to the community, frail older people, people with a disability and their carers to live independently.  Our staff will visit people in their own home and develop an individual support plan that reflects the services they need to support them at home.  All services provided have eligibility criteria and may have a waiting period.  Our programs include: domestic assistance, personal care, transport, case management, social support, and social groups.

Yass Valley Home Living Support Service

Services include: Yass Valley Home Living Support Service (YVHLSS) provides a number of services to eligible residents of the Yass Valley, these include local transport, non local transport, a shopping bus (once a fortnight), home modification and home maintenance, respite care, case management and social support. We also can provide information can on a range of topics relating to ageing, disability and caring. Referrals can also be made to other services such as Meals on Wheels, Home Care, Community Nursing and the Aged Care Assessment Team. Please note that we do not provide emergency services. Services include: The Gunning District Community and Health Service is a non-government organisation which provides clinical and home support services to the community of the former Gunning Shire.

Bathurst Seymour Centre

Our service aims to enable people in the Bathurst Region to live independently and participate in community life. To realise this vision, Bathurst Seymour Centre provides a range of services, designed to enhance the well being and quality of life of people who are frail aged, people with dementia and people with disabilities, and also to provide support for carers.
We also promote centre based respite for carers so that they can have a break from their caring role for a few hours.
Our service is open Monday - Friday from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
