MACS is a small community organisation providing in home, night time care to people with physical disabilities living in the community. MACS operates only within a defined area in the northern suburbs of Brisbane.

Individualised Community Access Services provides individual and flexible support service to people with disabilities to assist them become valued members of the community. In-home accommodation support, learning and life skills development. Volunteers are welcome.

Supported Accommodation - Fee includes 3 meals per day, morning and afternoon tea and supper, linen laundered and room cleaned weekly, wheelchair access; assistance with medication; continence management; doctor visits weekly, visiting pathologist; assistance with budgeting; assistance with contacting other services; assistance with personal hygiene and support where required.

Sequal offers support to people with a disability. Most service is offered on an individual basis in the community. Sequal has a small house at Red Hill that can be used for small group activities. Sequal has 3 wheelchair accessible vehicles. Individual programs are developed for persons with Post School Options funding. The service is a family driven support service that prides itself on providing flexible and creative options for adults with complex support needs within their local community.

We work with children from newborn's up to 18 years. Young Adults with special needs are supported through the Disability Service division and still are able to access our Clinic and Therapy Services. Our approach to children's therapy and support is through a hands-on approach using a multidisciplinary therapy approach. We use new and innovative techniques combined with traditional therapies to develop a comprehensive programme for your child....we believe that every child can achieve his or her potential with the right support.......and that therapy works.

NDS is the national industry association for disability services, representing over 600 not-for-profit organisations. Collectively, our members operate several thousand services for Australians with all types of disability. NDSs purpose is to increase the capacity of its members to meet relevant industry and government standards - through the provision of information and advice, networking opportunities and access to corporate support; and to influence governments at both state/territory and federal levels to provide a policy environment that is responsive to the needs of people with disability and their service providers.
