Yass Valley Home Living Support Service (YVHLSS) provides a number of services to eligible residents of the Yass Valley, these include local transport, non local transport, a shopping bus (once a fortnight), home modification and home maintenance, respite care, case management and social support. We also can provide information can on a range of topics relating to ageing, disability and caring. Referrals can also be made to other services such as Meals on Wheels, Home Care, Community Nursing and the Aged Care Assessment Team.
