Adelaide Hills Council supports eligible older residents and some younger people with a physical disability with a range of services to maintain their independence in their home and community. Assistance may be provided by staff, contractors or volunteers. See our website links for further information available: EntryProcedures Residents can make an appointment for the HACC co-ordinator to visit and discuss their needs. If there is a high demand for the service it will be provided first to residents with the greatest need.
