Home and Community Care (HACC). Provides low-level care, focused on assisting with jobs that have become a burden, which includes everyday household duties, providing social support and personal care as well as shopping for groceries or any other essentials. Other HACC services available include nursing and home/garden maintenance services.
Community Aged Care Packages (CACP) CACP provides a higher level of care than HACC and is aimed at maintaining independence by assisting people living in their own home. Assistance options include housekeeping, laundry assistance, preparation of meals, shopping, gardening and social support.
