Additional information

This service is available upon successful referral from My Aged Care AND assessment of individuals in the home.

Individuals may then be invited to attend dementia cafes or dementia support group sessions at the following sites

Macarthur Le Jardin Cafe
3070 Remembrance Drive Bargo
- 10.30-12 noon - Every 1st Friday and 2nd Tuesday of the month

The Arts Centre Cafe,
Art Gallery Road, Campbelltown
- 10.30am - 12 noon - Every 2nd Wednesday & 4th Tuesday each month

Rosemeadow Community Health Centre
- 10.30am - 12.30pm - Every 3rd Friday each month

Wollondilly Community Health Centre
- 10.30am - 12.30pm - Every 4th Wednesday each month
