ACH Group is unique in that it will offer accommodation to people living in the local area or having substantial links to the local area of our residential care facility. We offer respite beds in both High Care and Low Care, which are in very high demand and booked up to 12 months in advance. See website links for further information available: EntryProcedures ACH Group offers a central placement service to receive all enquiry applications and refer people selected for accommodation to our various sites. Prior to admission residents will require the approval of the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) to assess care needs and assist people to gain access to the service most suited to your needs.: WaitingListDetails If you are on our waiting list, it is essential for you to contact our placement team at least every 2 months to maintain your application as current.
