Group Social Support Outings and Activities
The Rock and District Meals on Wheels is a local managed Commonwealth Home Support Program that caters to older people living in the community. We offer hot, chilled and frozen meals with a choice of delivery options. Our Social Club runs twice a week and provides food, entertainment, activities and outings. We offer hot, chilled and frozen meals with a choice of delivery options and meals at the centre twice weekly.
