Community Visitors Scheme - companionship and social support provided by bilingual volunteers to people in residential aged care facilities at risk of social isolation from the general community for social or cultural reasons, or through disability. This is a unique service for our CALD aged residents who look forward to the fortnightly visits from our volunteers.
