The Day Hospice promotes well-being, independence and enjoyment through a range of activities for patients with a life limiting illness in the Western Metropolitan Region of Melbourne.
The Day Hospice is a partnership between Mercy Western Palliative Care and Western Health and has received recurrent funding following completion of pilot 2005.
Referrals can be forwarded to the coordinator.
