Hanover South Melbourne offer’s crisis accommodation and support to families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Support is offered to families, who are residing in Transitional Housing, motel accommodation and other temporary accommodation to enable families to access secure and stable housing. All referrals for accommodation and support are accepted through the entry points (Hanover Cheltenham, Homeground, and St Kilda Crisis centre.) 
Hanover South Melbourne offer’s a specialist response to children who have experienced homelessness or family violence.  The Homeless Children’s Specialist Support Service provides secondary consults, assessment and case planning, enhanced case management and group work for children and adolescents from birth to 18 years.
