This service provides low and high level residential care. Aged care accomodation for people with a high level of need. Day Care and Leisure Activitiy Groups - Community Health programs and activities include day care for the frail aged, younger people with disabilities and people with dementia and related disorders. The Riverton Leisure Activity Group meets on Tuesday and Thursday: EntryProcedures Assessment by Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) required.
