The Home Assist program provides short-term practical assistance with home help, garden maintenance, referrals to other agencies e.g. District Nurse, Domiciliary Care, Meals on Wheels etc. essential minor home maintenance, support e.g. domestic help following illness or hospital discharge, carer support. The Home Assist program assists frail, aged, younger people with a disability and Carers to maintain independence in their own homes. An initial assessment in your home will be conducted to explain the program and to determine individual eligibility.
