Services are provided according to individual and changing needs of the child and family and may include: - developing and maintaining skills in mobility and physical activity, communication and self care to maximize function and participation in life activities - building resilience and independence - supporting inclusion and participation in education, leisure and other activities within the community - provision of information, education and resources - assisting parents and carers to develop skills and confidence to support their family member living with a disability. Other programs to support the emotional and social wellbeing of individuals and families are offered in the Sydney metropolitan area and in the Hunter and Central Coast.
