ACCESS is the first point of contact for information and referrals to a wide range of Community Health, Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Specialist Services provided by Peninsula Health.
Our friendly ACCESS staff are experienced health professionals trained to provide information about our services and provide advice if there are any special requirements in relation to the service that you need to be aware of.  ACCESS can assist with advice on the most appropriate service for your needs, information about services for consumers and carers and coordination of referrals within Peninsula Health.

Service Hours:  Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm
