The C.H.I.P.S program is based on volunteer participation. It aims to provide short term support for people who are socially, physically or geographically isolated and for those who are experiencing ill health. Services include home help - including gardening, laundry, meal preparation, shopping, home delivered meals, information and referral to health services, personal care, respite care or social support.: EntryProcedures Service aims to enable people to remain independent in their own homes, enhance their quality of life, contribute to their physical, psycological and social well-being, contribute to better health through regular access to medical appointments
