Dianella 's Audiology service offers specialised diagnostic hearing assessments to all ages from neonates to the aged persons. Anyone requiring a diagnostic audiology assessment is eligible for this service. Clinicians specialise in neonatal assessments and checks for children with developmental delay or special needs. This service is bulk billed under medicare and waiting times vary. We do not provide a Private Audiology service for the purposes of employment or Workcover. Referral to other hearing aid providers can be arranged as required.
Mandatory referral information: Referrer details, Full name and date of birth, Contact numbers.
Whilst the use of SCTT templates is not mandatory, referrers may use the Dianella Audiology Referral Form. We also encourage referrers to also include the full name and contact details of the child's parents/guardian. This will assist us to support effective assessment and interpreter support if required. Use of E Referral via Connecting Care is preferred however the attached Dianella Audiology Referral Form may be sent via post to Audiology Intake Dianella, 55 Craigieburn Road, Craiegieburn 3064.
