Specialist Family Services provides an early intervention service for children 0 - 6 years who have developmental delay and/or diagnosed disability. The program is family centred and provides case management, intake and assessment, therapy services and referral to other community services. The program works in collaboration with Noahs Ark Family Resource Centre, Horsham; Wimmera Uniting Care, Horsham; and Pinarc Support Services, Ballarat in delivery of therapy services. Specialist Childrens Services are available at Department of Human Services offices in Ballarat, Ararat and Horsham with outreach services to other areas, as required.
