We understand that for some people living with conditions such as dementia, coming to an unknown environment can be a stressful, anxious experience; that’s why we offer the Buddy Program. The Buddy Program enables you to enjoy some time off during the day while the person you care for remains comfortable in familiar surroundings. One of our experienced staff will come to your home or wherever you need; staff can also assist with other tasks such as transport to appointments. With the Buddy Program, the person you care for can receive regular, one-on-one support from our experienced staff for up to 6 hours a week.To ensure we give the best care experience, we meet with you to assess the needs of the person being cared for and with this information we create a regular respite program.
