Counselling/support, information and advocacy - Carer:
Provides clients with assistance to understand and manage situations, behaviours and relationships associated with their need for care. This service type includes interventions such as advocacy, providing advice, information and training.
Flexible Community Respite is available Mon-Fri offering in-home or out-of-home respite care with friendly and professional staff.
Community Centre-Based Respite Care is available Mon-Fri, 10.30 - 2.30 pm at SHINE's Cottesloe Community Centre. Morning tea, light exercises, lunch and fun activities or excursions take place daily. Transport to and from the centre can be provided.
