Resthaven's Lifestyle Choices Plus provides flexible, individualised services on a fee for service basis, supporting people in their choice to stay living in their home. The person can choose the type of services they want to receive and pay for, and when where and how they are provided. There is no waitlist and no need to declare personal financial information. Services are responsive to the needs of individuals and are provided by Resthaven staff, trained in working safely with older people, and in supporting people living with dementia. Resthaven's Lifestyle Choices Plus provides respite for the carer so they can take a break from their caring role. Respite can be provided: • in the carer's or the client's home during the day and/or overnight
