Non HACC eligible clients are charged a fee. For HACC eligible clients there is a co-payment. This will be explained to you at referral. For general client queries, you can call RDNS 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Home visiting hours: as negotiated.

Our general and specialist nursing services include: aged care, assessment, care after hospital discharge, case management, Continence management, Cystic Fibrosis services, Dementia care, Diabetes services, health promotion, Haemophilia care, HARP chronic disease management, HIV support services, Homeless Persons Program, home enteral nutrition, intravenous therapy, medicines management, Ostomy care, Palliative care & bereavement support, post-acute care, respiratory care, Stomal therapy and wound management. We also have social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and community care workers if required. Services may vary according to location.
