Hinterland Community Care Inc. (HCC) has been providing person centred, individual and group services to the frail aged and younger disabled across approximately 35 thousand square kilometres of the Isaac Region for 23 years. HCC is a community based, not for profit charity that is funded under the Commonwealth Department of Social Services Home Care Program to provide a number of services including domestic assistance, transport, personal care, social support and centre based activities. Our service area covers Dysart, Moranbah, Nebo, Tieri, Middlemount, Coppabella, McKenzie river and Clermont for ( Disability only)
