Additional information
Respite with Bethanie can be planned as a regular occurrence or simply when an unexpected need arises. The care can be provided in the home, or alternatively at another location to allow the carer to have uninterrupted time at home. Clinical assessment and care plans ensure quality care and support for the care recipient, giving the carer complete peace of mind. Whilst the carer can take time for themselves, their loved one has their personal care provided (including medications) and is engaged in activities of interest to them. Support provided can also include domestic assistance, meal preparation, shopping and transport. Bethanie have specifically trained staff providing support for people with dementia including a Dementia Consultant.
