Additional information
The Community Links Program assist older people and people with disabilities with challenging care needs by linking them back to their community. We provide support around recreational and leisure activities for individuals and groups by identifying areas of interest and then matching them to recreational opportunities within the community.: EntryProcedures If you would like further information on the Community Links Program please email us. We have a number of workers who work alongside clients to help them identify and develop sustainable solutions that will enhance their independence while also giving them a sense of inclusion and social acceptance. Community Links is currently offered at Hallett Cove, Onkaparinga, Unley, Mitcham, Marion and Holdfast Bay.
