We believe that the best place for children and young people with disability to grow and learn is with their family. Our support services don't replace what families do together, it's about providing additional opportunities for children and young adults to learn, grow and socialise while receiving encouragement and comradeship with others.
Activities are person-centred and based around individual preferences and personalities, as well as varying support needs.
We understand that disability or illness impact on all your family so we'll be there for you whether it's a short break while we bring your child for an outing to the park through to caring for your child and their siblings in your own home.
