The Frail Aged Program provides regular and ongoing support to people who are over 65 years of age and frail aged through assistance with activities of daily living, respite and social support. To be eligible for this program clients must be over 65 years, living in their own homes in the ACT and who are not currently receiving services from an Aged Care Package.
