Community Rent Scheme (CRS) Transitional Housing Program: Provides subsidised short to medium term self contained independent accommodation for up to 60 low income households in the Gladstone, Boyne Island and Tannum Sands Regions. All applicant households must be listed for public housing in these regions, be in receipt of a low income and have a primary housing need.
Foster, Kinship Care and Specialist Care Program: Is responsible for recruitment, training, assessment and support of foster carers and their families providing care to children and young people who are unable to live with their family and are subject to Child Protection Order through the Department of Communities, Child Safety Services.
Healthy Minds Program: Aims to support, resource and advocate for individuals, families and carers about mental health. Provides community awareness & education. Also aims to reduce the impact on individuals/families and community.
Gladstone Family & Adolescent Support Program
Assists families and individuals to enhance their capacity to care for children, strengthen families and individual relationships. Provides a range of interventions and supports which respond to issues that impact on the child or young person's well being or connectedness to family, community or culture.
Gladstone Residential Program Provides a safe living and learning environment for young people in a residential setting. Assists at-risk and vulnerable young people aged 12-17 years who are on Child Protection Orders who display moderate to extreme behaviours by providing access to emotional and educational supports.
Gladstone Supported Independent Living Program Prepare and support young people aged between 15-17 years on child protection orders transitioning out of the care system and into independent living.
