KBH Enterprises is a Business Service employing people with disabilities in a woodworking workshop. KBH is a registered not-for-profit organisation. The business is partly funded by the Australian Commonwealth Government but largely relies on generating its own income through the workshop. The workshop deals directly with the public in the local area of Toowoomba and surrounds. A variety of goods are manufactured such as: Pine colonial style furniture - TV units, bookcases, desks, beds, blanket boxes, chests of drawers, tables, etc; Hardwood outdoor furniture - BBQ tables, squatters chairs; Furniture restoration - strip back, repair and re-finish old favourites; Cane repairs - fit new rattan seats in chairs, re-wrap loose strapping; Survey pegs - all sizes of survey pegs and stakes for surveyors and real estate agents; Childrens tables and chairs and cubby house furniture.
