The Child and Family Services Program at Karralika Programs Inc. offers treatment for the whole family, providing the opportunity for young children to reside with their parents while they are undertaking the Program. The children's program at Karralika is supported by a Social Worker and Family Case Workers. Children participate in an early childhood development program either through full-time day-care or in after-school care or holiday programs. Targeted interventions including play therapies, are included in the program as appropriate. Parents also take part in counselling and parenting programs and cognitive behavioural therapies which seek to develop positive parent/child/family relationships.
