Carers in need of respite services, access to information, education, advocacy, counselling or telephone support and a range of social and recreational activities should contact NCN to access our services. Some are specialised and others are more general. Some groups meet monthly and some fortnightly. Some share coffee and a chat and others hear from guest speakers or go out and about. What they all have in common is they provide an opportunity for Carers to connect with people in similar circumstances to their own. Breakthru is a support program for young people aged 7 - 18 who provide care for someone at home. The person being cared for can be a parent, brother, sister, relative or anyone in your home needing ongoing care.
