As an approved provider to My Aged Care (MAC) under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) Scope Home Access can assist you with both Home Modifications and Occupational Therapy Home Environment Assessments. Our services include minor, complex and major home modifications from installing hand rails and ramps to open plan accessible bathrooms, kitchens and laundries. For a whole of service delivery from assessment through to installation we can help guide you through the new systems to ensure a successful home modification.
