During the program you are guided into a state of deep relaxation. Through your subconscious mind, you will move past the fear and phobia and overcome the stress and anxiety that has been plaguing you. You are capable of removing all anxieties and doubts that occurred in your life.
The event that caused the phobia is experienced 'in reverse'. This is such an unusual way of processing the memory that it has the effect of taking out the fear element. Nobody has a fear of things that happen in reverse.
Fear association linked to emotions are removed and replaced by confidence, self assurance and techniques.
