Health and Community Services Workforce Council develops training systems that will enhance the skills and capacity of the industries' workforce. The Workforce council is the principal source of advice to government and the community services and health industries regarding training needs and Volunteers are welcome.
The workforce council provides leadership in the promotion of workforce and skills development in Health and Community Services in order to underpin a sustainable future for Queensland.
We do this through: creating alliances, collaboration and connections that enhance credibility, being a voice to influence government, industry work and training policy, and creating opportunities for community skilling through developing the capacity and quality of the workforce.
