Twelve services operate across SE Qld. These services broadly fit within two categories of Accommodation and Lifestyle support services and Learning and Leisure Services provide to adults and young adults with a disability and their families. Disability services are aimed at assisting people to leave large institutional care settings as well as preventing premature admission into residential or congregate care nursing homes and hostels. Individuals are supported to lead independent lives in the community. Group home, attendant care/personal care, in-home accommodation support, case management, local coordination and development, learning and life skill development.
